About JCHA

Jackson County Horseman's Association was formed in 1963 with the focus on group riding in Southern Oregon. Our aim is simple – let’s ride together and enjoy our animals and the outdoors!

JCHA activities for the members include trail ride events, monthly meetings, potlucks, interesting programs, play days, clinics, camp-outs and community service projects.

General meetings of JCHA are held the second Wednesday of the month (no August meeting) at the I.O.O.F. Hall in Central Point beginning at 7:00pm. Doors open at 6:30pm for socializing and refreshments which are provided by the members. Meetings usually run about one hour long.

A monthly newsletter is published about a week after the general meeting. It includes monthly events and information. We encourage you to submit articles of interest to the membership. You may also submit classified ads.

A seven person Board of Directors governs JCHA. The current directors are listed on the Board Members page. Do not hesitate to e-mail if you have a question.
